In 2020, on a project like no other. This is their story. When the UK went into lockdown in March, NYDC was halfway through the process of creating new work with Guest Artistic Director Russell Maliphant. With activity brought to a sudden halt and the company’s upcoming residency, world premiere and national tour all cancelled, NYDC had to radically rethink how its 39 young dancers would complete their experience.

Join Kate, and dancers Jade and Bradley, to learn this iconic choreography set to the music of D.J. Walde, and inspired by Massive Attack's track Teardrop. Since it was first performed in the critically acclaimed Into The Hoods, ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company have also performed this choreography at Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday celebrations.
