Born in Zimbabwe and raised in Wales, choreographer and movement director Anthony trained at the prestigious London Contemporary Dance School. Along with his brother Kel, he is the co-Artistic Director of their award-winning company Matsena Productions. They most recently wrote and directed the original piece Geometry of Fear for Messums Wiltshire and adapted it for a livestream performance on BBC's Dancing Nation as Shades of Blue. Anthony is also director of performance and performance associate at Messums Wiltshire. He is an associate artist of National Dance Company Wales and was selected as one of the inaugural Young Associates at Sadler's Wells Theatre in 2018.

Outline of sessions:
All sessions follow the same sequence of: focus/ warm up and game/ teach sequence/ creative task/ performance
Sessions are suitable for: upper key stage 2 and key stage 3 students – some students will find the sequences challenging, others will need extending with the creative tasks. Sessions last 1 hour
Episode 1- Arm ripple. Creative- teamwork dance
Episode 2- Step throw sequence. Creative – add onto your teamwork dance
Episode 3- Frog bounce sequence. Creative – sport dance
Episode 4 – Power dance. Creative – Teamwork and sports dance recap
Episode 5 – Quickstep. Creative – Jungle dance
Episode 6 – Put all creative tasks together
Episode 7 – Perform all creative tasks and add freestyle
